From Baltic Coast
via Florida to the Stars
Building the industrial base for humanity's next 5,000 years—one innovation at a time.
Origin Story
Every great endeavor begins with a vision. Ours started near the birthplace of rocketry itself.
Born Near the Stars
Lennart Lopin was born in 1978 near Peenemünde—the historic birthplace of modern rocketry where Werner von Braun developed the technologies that would eventually put humanity on the Moon. Growing up in the shadow of this legacy, surrounded by a father's electrical engineering expertise and a mother's work as a radio operator, the seeds of technological ambition were planted early.
In 1984, his family fled East Germany, eventually settling in Vienna. This journey from a divided Germany to the West would mirror a larger mission: breaking through barriers to reach for the impossible.
The Intelligence Revolution
Armed with a Master's in Computer Science from the University of Rostock (2003), specializing in Computational Linguistics and Artificial Intelligence, Lennart developed the "Prelude" chatbot—winning an international competition in 2005.
This early mastery of AI, combined with fluency in eight languages and authorship of 30+ books across eight languages (including Latin, Sanskrit, and Pali), demonstrated an unusual synthesis: the technical precision of engineering married to the expansive thinking of the humanities.
Building the Future's Currency
As an early Bitcoin adopter, Lennart saw beyond digital currency to decentralized governance for humanity's expansion. In 2014, he founded the Marscoin Foundation—creating a cryptocurrency designed for planetary project governance and Mars settlement economics.
As CTO & Co-Founder of Byte Federal (2016-present) and founder of Euler's Identity LLC, he combined technical expertise with entrepreneurial execution. Co-founding the Florida Blockchain Business Association (2018) and publishing peer-reviewed papers on blockchain governance solidified his position as a thought leader at the intersection of technology, economics, and space development.
From Vision to Reality
Selected as a MarsOne finalist, Lennart's commitment to space colonization moved from theory to action. Active in The Mars Society and developing technologies for sustainable off-world operations, the mission became clear: humanity needs industrial infrastructure for its multi-planetary future.
And so, Omni Industries was born—not as a single company, but as a strategic evolution from practical robotics to nuclear propulsion to space development. A company designed not for quarters or years, but for millennia.
“We stand on the shoulders of giants—from von Braun to Musk—and we reach higher still. The stars are not our destination. They are our birthright.”
Our Mission
To build the industrial infrastructure that enables humanity's sustainable expansion across the solar system—starting with practical, revenue-generating businesses today and evolving toward interplanetary operations tomorrow.
- Provide cutting-edge robotics and AI solutions for immediate market needs
- Develop small modular nuclear reactors for space propulsion
- Create the computational and robotic tools for asteroid mining
- Establish cislunar transportation and logistics infrastructure
Our Vision
A thriving, multi-planetary civilization where billions of humans live and work throughout the solar system—enabled by the technologies and infrastructure we build today.
- Permanent settlements on the Moon and Mars by 2040
- Operational asteroid mining extracting resources for in-space manufacturing
- Self-sustaining off-world economies with millions of inhabitants
- A company still operating in the year 7025—serving humanity across the stars
Core Values
Bold Ambition
We set goals measured in decades and centuries, not quarters
Practical Execution
Every grand vision begins with profitable, achievable steps
Sustainable Growth
Building systems designed to operate for millennia, not decades
Open Collaboration
No one entity can do this alone—we build together
The Omni Ecosystem
Omni Industries operates as part of a coordinated network of companies—each specializing in critical capabilities for our shared mission.
Euler's Identity, LLC
Est. 2016Mathematical Modeling & Analytics
Advanced analytics, computational modeling, and mathematical optimization for complex systems.
Protogen Bio Corporation
Est. TBDBiotechnology & Life Sciences
Integration of biological systems with technological platforms for sustainable off-world operations.
Cyberdyne Capital
Est. TBDInvestment & Financial Strategy

Why a Network of Companies?
Specialized Excellence
Each company focuses on its core competency—robotics, analytics, biotech, or finance— achieving depth impossible in a monolithic structure.
Risk Distribution
Building for millennia requires resilience. If one entity faces challenges, the ecosystem continues operating.
Strategic Agility
Individual companies can pivot, partner, or pursue opportunities while maintaining alignment on the larger mission.
Collaborative Power
The whole becomes greater than the sum of its parts—insights and innovations flow freely across the network.
